Meeting Kirsten was a lightbulb moment for me. We have worked together to build our brand and are reaching new and growing markets that we otherwise would have missed if it wasn’t for the “outside” the box thinking from Kirsten. Every step of the way Kirsten has listened to our thoughts, concerns and given guidance that only someone with her expertise could. Working with Kirsten is inspiring and enriching. ‘A Commercially Minded Strategic Leader – Driven to Deliver the Potential of People and Business Goals’
In February 2017 Kempsey Shire Council received funding from the NSW Department of Industry as part of their Future Towns Program. From the 30 EOI’s received from the public tender Kirsten was selected to create and facilitate the program based on her in-depth research, bespoke approach and her understanding of the long-term economic development impact to the region. Her understanding of the bigger business picture for the Economic Sustainability of the region was what made this project such a success. It was much more than digital marketing training, she immersed herself in the local business community and liaised with all the key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and engagement for the duration of the training. Kirsten is well respected in the Macleay Valley and we have no hesitation in having her represent Council in the media or speaking at Council Chamber Meetings. The well thought out strategy and the attention to detail of the execution has positioned the Future Towns Program as a highlight activity for 2017 and we are thrilled to have had Kirsten achieve this for us.

Working with Kirsten and her team was great. Kirsten is a strategic thinker that understands consumers and what makes them tick. She manages her team with passion and enthusiasm and gets the best commercial outcomes. What is most impressive is her ability to mix her creative thinking with the overall business objectives which is the key to her success. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Having worked in advertising for over 20 years, clocking up many miles of campaigns, in the process I have worked with many marketing heads…
“the good, the bad and the ugly.” Kirsten is none of those. She’s GREAT… She gets it. So get her. Get on with it.

Kirsten is one of those rare breed of marketers – savvy, strong, clever and truly understands the full spectrum of commercial reality. We have worked together on many occasions and I have always loved her can-do attitude, refreshing approach and the fact she is driven by results. If you’re looking for someone who will leave a little sparkle on everything she works on then contact Kirsten.

Kirsten was engaged from September 2015 – April 2016 to develop a Marketing Campaign to stimulate retail sales for the completion of Councils $3.6M capital works program in Kempsey CBD. During the two phases of the campaign Kirsten’s ability to effectively engage with all key stakeholders, understand the retail marketplace and develop a multi-channel campaign has resulted in the delivery of a superior quality targeted marketing campaign ‘The Smith St, Experience'.
